VABAT PRESTIGE takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes the processing carried out through the site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
- Quote request form: full name, phone, email (optional), postcode and town, requested services, project description, approximate area, preferred contact method.
- Customer relationship: work address, billing information, service history.
- Technical data: admin session identifier, anonymised IP fingerprint (abuse prevention), browser type.
- Audience measurement (only with your consent): pages viewed, visit duration, referrer, aggregated data via Google Analytics.
We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients
Your data is intended for authorised staff. It may be shared with technical processors acting on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (hosting of the site and photos), Turso (database hosted in the European Union, Ireland), email provider and accountant. It is never sold or rented.
As Vercel Inc. is based in the United States, any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If you accept audience cookies, some data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
5. Retention
- Quote requests not followed up: 3 years from last contact.
- Customer data: duration of the relationship, then 5 years (limitation period).
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years.
- Audience cookies: 13 months maximum; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may set instructions regarding your data after death. To exercise them, write to contact@vabat-prestige.fr or to the postal address above. We reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Telephone canvassing
You may register free of charge on the Bloctel opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr). We only contact you in response to your own request.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected admin with secure sessions, hashed passwords, regular backups, removal of location metadata from published photos.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
