Do I need a building permit?
It depends on the area and type of work: prior declaration or building permit. We tell you which applies and work with your architect if needed.
Do you work on sloping land?
Yes, it's very common in Nice and the hinterland: retaining walls, terraces, adapted foundations and difficult access are part of our daily work.
Can you handle the whole project, from structure to garden?
Yes. We carry out the structural work and outdoor landscaping, and coordinate partner tradespeople for the finishing work.
Do you have 10-year liability insurance?
Yes, our construction work is covered by décennale insurance. The certificate comes with every quote.
